Not sure if anyone will ever see this post, but it is a good site for Kentucky. It's not the most active place, but it gets way more action than here. Plus, it keeps getting better. For the few people who check this thread, check out this site.

Well, any place got to be better than here, I check this almost every night, and you are only poster. I stopped posting after never getting any reply at all. Even Jim, who is suposed to be my neighbor and wanting to get acquainted never a reply, and as you might recall I even posted my home phone number. I hope you are having a good winter, I finally finished the most time consuming wiring job of my life about two weeks ago, going back to work on the BFL tour Mar 9. See you later, Woody

Hooraayy! I'm happy you replied Woody. This site is fading fast. I'm tring to get more people here, but with the lack of posts, it's difficult. Have you checked out smallwaterfishing yet? Great site. Hopefully we can get some folks to post here.

It is the weekend division of FLW, It should be the WBFL because it is actually WalMart Bass Fishing League. Amateur anglers who have an opportunity to fish a major tournament. They fish four qualifiers and a regional in their respective division ( there are 24) and the winners of the regionals each get a boat and a pickup truck, then they are qualified to fish the All-American, and if they win they can fish the Forrest Wood cup gor about half a million. Co-anglers also can qualify for this just don"t win quite as much

I didn't say I fish the tour, I work for the tour. I am staff for the tournaments. Set up the trailer, signage, registration, boat check, check-in when they come off the lake, stuff like that.

Have you ever fished or thought about fishing the tour? How did you get involved with working it? Sounds like a lot of fun. I'm sure you meet plenty of knowledgable fishermen doing that.

never fished a tour event, thought about it when BASS was first starting up, but couldn't come up with the funds. One of my friends ask me to come help him, he is an assistant tounament director, and his cousin is head of tournament operations at FLW. I took the job last year, and have met a lot of really good fishermen, and ladies, some pros come and fish with us when they are in the area of one of our tourneys. Have never had a pro win top money at one yet, so you can see our guys are pretty good at what they do
