Today i finally recieved my filet knives and the plastic scale thing which i like. But enclosed in the box there was a note that said your other free gift will come in 1-3 weeks.

Just wondering if anyone knows what this might be?

Don't know Ktuck...I got that same note in my box and the other free gift never did arrive.

I got a cloth lure carrying case, a belt buckle, a hat, a cloth rod carrying case and the items you mentioned above. Oh yeah, and a N.A.F.C. key chain emblem. Hope your stuff shows up soon!

I got hat rod case,lure case ,patch ,belt buckle some other things and a rod and reel when I joined as a life member.every thing was good.

Ktuk: When you recieved your knives, were they as dull as the ones I got? In fairness, mine did sharpen up pretty well and seem to do a decent job of fileting fish but it was a chore to get them sharp. Now I need to catch a few more fish worth cleaning to find out how well they hold an edge! Most of the fishing I do is catch and release so I don't get a lot of practice cleaning fish, but every once in a while I get something that just begs to be released in hot grease!

It has been about 3 months since I joined I think, could be wrong, and I still haven't gotten the fillet knives and the fishing resource guide, any ideas of who to email about my missing membership gifts, honestly the resource guide was what sold me on joining since I move constantly and was looking forward to having a handy guide to good places to start when looking for a nice fishing hole so not getting that little book (and having received the life membership invitation and the life member welcome kit all before the original welcome kit) has me quite disappointed.

As A life member or regular? The life member stuff generally comes in installments from what I have heard . You get x when you have payed x amount then you get the next item when you have payed x amount more so on and so on tell your life membership is payed in full . Like Rod tender says though contact member service
as sometimes the item could be on back order or something.

Life member items come in installments. I got the bulk of my items then the rest a few weeks later.

Well all I have ever seen is a couple of decals a patch and a pack of swivels. Where is all this neat stuff, rods and reels ect. i am a paid in full member and have recieved squat.

hi this is chris denis when will i get my free gifts upon joining the club?

It took me about 6-8 months to get all the stuff when i joined about 4 yrs ago.

   
   

my mother-in-law got an enrollment packet in the mail last week

I have been a life member for about 2 years now, and I also am supposed to get stuff to test. I haven't received anything to test since I paid my Life Membership in full. is this just a ploy to get peoples money with the false impression that we will receive things to test out?
