    so i was bored last week,wishin i was fishin. i took some wine bottle corks ,drew up some flys and cut them corks into shapes . since they float, i cant go wrong. strubg em up to some 6 snells and now i wait for the weather to clear here ih jowysey. look out trout here come the frying pan.  but is it a good idea? im askin for some input .anyone ever try this?  lots of people use wood or plastics . ive never bought a cork lure!

    I have bought "cork" painted poppers before worked great for LMB and panfish. My brother strung 4 to 6 togather used on a fly rod that worked pretty good for him.........some pictures would help a lot if you could post them on here...............

    I'm not 100% sure...but I believe the poppers I use for panfish are also cork.
    Ashes to ashes, dust to dust, if it wasn't for my super smooth carbon drag, my 30 year old Trilene would bust!
