When are you going to be there? I'm heading down to Key West on the 26th of Feb for 3 weeks on "business". Maybe could help to split costs for a charter? I've been down there about a dozen times in the past 3 years working with the US Navy as a contractor and I've fished as much as I can. BTW, don't expect a reply on this forum from anybody living in Florida. I've asked a couple of times and got zero replies. Florida snobs, I think. Maybe somebody can prove me wrong. Keep everything to themselves and brag about all their catches but never offer any suggestion to the random visitors, like you and me. Go figure. I've chartered boats twice for tarpon, sapper and whatever else, but nearly 95% of my fishing is from shore casting lure or even fly fishing.
