A few of us went down to Cabelas in Hamburg ,Pa. yesterday. Frank (wellsley) and I were there for some time...........no Pete (turnip)......we were getting worried the Ole Fart forgot about the meet and greet we set up ........................................so I called his better half...............she said he told her he was on his way some time ago...........................well we talked it over and decided to go to the " LOST and FOUND "..............................you guessed it there he was...................................well now would you beleive they chagred us a buck two eighy to get him out........................I called his better half back told her he was OK and what we did.............................she said she OWED me for doing that !!!!!!!!!..............now that I've had time to think about it I'm sure she was NOT talking about the  buck two eighty we paid...............................

My guess is he was at the cafeteria eating pie.

Good story, I think you should have tried negotiating a discount due to Pete's shelf life. You know, it never hurts to ask.
