Yesterday I went to my friends trophy pond for my annual fall trip. I kept 36 bluegills, which is all that i wanted to keep. The gills are big in here. If they are 8 inches or under I throw them back because they are too small. I also caught 4 bass and 4 crappie which I put back in the pond. The crappie measured 12, 12 , 13 and then my all time biggest which streched out at 15 /14 inches. It was a fun day. |

The bite was slow this morning...but I did land a few. How about this monster...weighed 8lbs. on my official NAFC scale. |

FFFisch...I don't have a boat...so don't think I can do a tourney...but thanks for asking. I did a little fishing at the city park pond this morning...here's a fat one I hooked into. |

Ok Mo. If someone with a boat would need a partner, would you consider it then? |

Didn't catch any fish. But bought something that catches fish. A Lew's Crankin' Stick. 6 footer. Paid $4.50 + tax = $4.84 total. |

Caught a few bass this evening...this was the best one...maybe the fall bite will bring some bigger ones. Here's a pic of the old bridge at Yoctangee Park...but it is new compared to the water...this canal is part of the old Municipal Pumping Station constructed in 1883. |

FFFisch... I need a new tip and two single foot casting guides to fix this one = easy fixing. I will fix it myself, [since I do rod/reel repair] I will probably put it up for sale for around $20.00. |

Those of you who read this thread regularly may have noticed that most of my pics in posts have been deleted. The reason for that is I "renamed" an album at photobucket and evidently that causes them to break the link. At any rate...it was a simple fix at Outdoor-Fishing...just edit...but here... there is no edit! Oh sure...for like an hour or something you can edit here...but what the hell good is that? I've seen just about everyone here at some time complaining about the difficulties of posting here. Well, I'll tell ya, no such difficulties at O-F...Wellsley, ERABBIT, FFFisch...why don't you guys give us a try...sign up is free! http://outdoor-fishing.com/index.php Now...back to the fishin'! Picked up a couple nice ones this morning...hopefully this means the fall feeding binge is on. |

This might just be the last fish of the year. I'm starting to put things away and getting ready for hunting season.
