I've been trying to load this pic since Sat. Gotta love this site! Anyways, went out on the jalopy with my neighbor, the old man on Sat. May 12. This bad boy was caught using live bunker. The bass bite has been sporadic the past week and a half...few hits here and there..maybe a hook up or two...nothing to brag about. The Stripers are in, they just went to school over the winter. lol

Way to go Vito! I fished Pike Lake again today, and it was a tough bite here. The water was kinda murky from the rain we've had...the only thing I could get them to hit was a firetiger Booyah Pond Magic spinnerbait. I caught 10 bass and 1 crappie, here's a pic of one, the rest looked about the same. See how small this fishes head is? That's a young fish...gonna be some nice ones in a few years.

crappie, bluegill, green sunfish... Yah Barressi's fish can eat everything I caught, but that's not sayin' much caus mo65's fishies can eat nearly all of them also. The good news is a caught a dozen or so and, hey... it was fishing so woo hoo. It could have been something not nearly as fun.

Hey Rodrigo,
Those panfish are way better on the table than any bass! Glad to hear you had a good time.

Went out last night. Light winds and very little chop. Hooked up with 2 Stripers, the first one was 34in, 15lbs and the second was 31in, 13lbs. Had a third hook up which was barely hooked. Just as he was about to be netted, he gave a nice head shake and out came the hook! lol. My friend and I just had that look...I almost went IKE..lol All in all, it was a great night.

Turnip didn't do so good today....Ya, that's right, the skunk was in the boat! Lots of junk in the water and the water was high from all the rain...Just can't figure that body of water...

Finally broke my dry spell, until yesterday I have gone 0 for 2012. These 2 came on a Terminator 3/16 oz spinner.
