The boys and I have had a decent year so far.  Here are a few of the better fish from January.

Chris with an absolute pig.  This is the biggest so far this season, but we expect bigger before we're done.  I've been sidetracked for a month or so with a broken leg, but will be getting back out as soon as the cast comes off.

I would be starting to wonder if Prober wasn't a jinx!

He's not a jinx at all.  He's wanting to learn, I'm willing to teach.  I don't fish as hard when I'm in teach mode and he s getting better each time out.  If he gets out on his own or down here a time or two more, there is no doubt in my mind he will land one of these beautiful fish.  They are referred to as the fish of 1000 hours, which I think they might just be if you have no one showing you the ropes.

I was refering to the fact that when he shows up, something happens. Last time wasn't it bad weather?

Might have been the banana.  The stink is still wearing off, cause he did get closer this trip.
