I must be lucky I have a DVR and I recording everything. Tuesday's seems to be the big day that all the new fishing shows seems to come out for me with Comcast out of Indianapolis. I record NAFC-TV, The BASS Pros, and Bill Dance Outdoors all from NBC Sports and I don't have problems. I look forwarding to getting home on Tuesdays from work to watch them in the evening because they are all new episodes. Then Saturday and Sunday mornings there is big block of fishing that also includes Linder's, Hank Parker, and Roland all on as well. I've not noticed any problems, but like I said they're all on while I'm at work part of the time and I record them during the day on Tuesdays. NBC Sports must be doing something, as soon as they took over for Versus, they pulled Bill Dance Saltwater from Outdoor Network over to them.
I was going to bring this up a while ago and forgot, but since this thread has been going on and I remembered this morning while I was watching Bill Dance Outdoors figured you lot would find it humerous and get a kick out of it. The week or two AFTER NBC took over Versus I was watching Bill Dance Outdoors that Saturday morning and an advertisement came on that really caught my attention because it was so out-of-place at the time, and I've not seen it happen since.
I don't know if it was a mistake in timing or what the root cause was, but like I said I've not seen it happen since. In the middle of Bill Dance Outdoors a Cabela's commercial comes on! Uhh, OOOPS! That probably shouldn't have happened considering Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's are competitors and Dance is a devote spokesman for BPS.

I can't remember if it's Roland Martin or Hank Parker is a Cabela's spokesman, but the best I could guess is somebody at NBC messed up their timing for commercials and shows and put somebody else's advertisement in the wrong slot. Like I said never seen it happen since, but thought it was a funny mistake especially considering the timing was right after NBC took over.
Shouldn't matter anyway, it's getting warm, and early this year, and it's time to be on the water instead of in front of the tv. I'm just south of Indy and it's been nice and warm here lately, I just got an hour out at the neighborhood pond before dinner today and last Wednesday I had truck troubles (blown radiator) so I had the day off work and went to the pond and caught two large mouths.
Take it easy my brothers.
