Got a letter today that asked me to send payment or return a dvd that I recieved a few months ago! Only problem is, I never got one.Wondering if this is a new scam or a legit mistake. Probably will never know. In fairness, a quick call to member services took care of it and the billing NEVER appeared on my account statement.

From what I have gathered, the NAFC shipping department is a little screwy. They shipped me the same test product TWICE in a matter of weeks! Then when I called them and told them they told me to just keep it!

Same happened to me a couple years ago. NAFC said it was an honest mistake on their problem. They told me it happens all the time with items getting lost in the mail. It's not a big deal they offered to resend the book that got lost if I wanted it. I opted out of the book and video subscriptions both, and NAFC was real nice and understanding about it.

I also received a letter asking me to send a DVD back or pay for it. Never did get anything from them and I'm not even sure what the DVD is about. This happened to me 5 or 6 years bac k with a calendar I never received. They need to get it together.

I've been trying to get on the mailing list for DVD's for a year now...even had Web Guy Greg light a fire under their butts...still haven't received anything. Maybe I can get a bill in the mail too...hee hee. Ya hear that NAFC? Skip the product, just send me the bill! Awh hell...send me everyones bill...I'll buy this round! Sheesh!!
