Ok three days and counting. That sodbuster must be sleeping try not to wake him when you get there at 2pm Pete. LOL 45 degrees here this morning the cool down has arrived. Tom should be leaving today as well. Safe trip guys see you soon.

Ps: Watch out for that Hoot he might have some trick up his sleeve.

Tom will be leaving sometime tonight. Wabbit, I picked up a 1# block of horseradish cheese! I'm going to have to pick up some AA batteries when I get up there.

If the sodbuster ain't up by the time I get there, he won't be sleep'in for long, lol! Besides, I'll probably have to put his leash on and take him fer a walk...Heck, he'll probably want to be fed next...I wonder if Nancy got him his shots this year...

turnip pulled into camp around 2pm today , I gave him a little help putting tent up.............then he came up to my trailer for dinner and I passed the "TIE" on to him..............so we are off to a start of the 8th FLM................ he took a pot of bean with him for a snack ( lightbrown sugar )................

Any suggestions on what kind of pie to make for the meet? I know.. "Ya'll never met a pie you didn't like."
Well.... I don't want to bring the first!
I guess I should ask... what flavors are already going to be there? Or should I bring something other than pie?

Which Frank is counting...................you got me I don't know how that happen............I usta work with a Frank ......we called him Frank the duck..............and if we wanted to PO him we'd call on the PA system....frank,frank,frank.......lika a duck quacking !!!!   LOL........

ha ha ha...  I could hear you saying that to "our Frank"...   cracked.. I mean quacked me up when I read this!

I quick post this POS site has been down since Pete and I got back in off the water................. I posted this over on the oHIo NAFC site :

Well the NAFC web site is DOWN seems like the same deal last year when the meet was going on..................anyway Pete and I got out this morning in VERY lumpy water picked up three small browns and lost two or three ??? whatevers.................Kinger boy ( the dog ) I think got seasick he don't like ruff water......LOL.......we came back in and got a GOOD meal , pork tender loin steaks , some of Pete famous apple sasage and Carols posta salad.............he went down for a nappy and I just tore the AP off the steering it was getting too hard to steer had a heck of a time brining it back in today going into heavy wind with ways 3 to 4 feet getting TWO 4'ers back to back and a small hole to steer thru that half the time I would miss because of the steering anyway it's still not a 100% but 65% better than it was.....................

Be careful out there guys...good luck...and keep us posted!

Sorry no pictures of the tie they were all small except for the last one it was REEL close to legal size or was legal so we put it back to keep it alive............
