Do you guys like to put trailers on chatterbaits for bass, and if so what type? I for one, catch a damn thing on them either way, but I thought I'd get some more opinions
I swear, it was this big (---------------------------------------)

I haven't heard of anyone putting a trailer hook on a chatterbait...but I don't see why you couldn't. If you're getting short strikes, that should get them, but if you're getting no strikes, better just try something else.

I think bassin was refering to plastic trailer baits rather than hooks. I have always used a trailer on my Chatterbaits, but my success with them has been mixed.

Damn...and my answer sounded so professional! I'll agree with you guys though...I've never had any real success with them.
