im looking at going to lake belton or granger this weekend. has asyone been there and could give me a few places to try for bank fishing

havent been but u better be usein circle hooks u dont have to set the hook 99% of the cat do let them have it im sold as far as bait go to the loacal shops also what kind of bait fish are in there u ask uer self ive got alot of cat on 10lb test an a #4 circle hook from 5lbs to 20lbs if u use the right line an set up uer good i primaryly use the slip rig num 4 hook spit shot 12 in up from that 3/4 oz egg sinker so the cat cant feel the wt. when they bite as far as to where to fish if u can use 2 poles where uer at one deep one close the other day i got 20lbs of meat after i cleaned them 7ft from shore from a stick try diff things its good to get fish but better to learn but it gets real good when u can kick back an enjoy guess what thats when u start to get them haha learn that the hard way have a good one
