    Went out today...had the perfect tide. I started fishing the backwaters around 6am, using top water lures: Creek Chub, Heddon, Gags Grabbers, and my custom spinner bait. Nothing doing...I don't think the water temp is right for the top water or there's just too much Menhaden (bunker) for the Stripers to even look at the artificial stuff yet. Anyway..after 2 hours of messing around in the back country, went back to what works...Caught some fresh bunker...and this is the results:
