I almost asked the same question! I live south of Indy, but most of my extended family is from between Rising Sun to Markland.

Then my in-laws are in Connersville, so I'm out at Brookville myself a lot usually on the north end by Quakertown SRA/Whitewater.

I am in the most South Eastern part of Indiana in Dearborn County. A lot of great fishing down here! Yes, I fish for Walleye at Brookville. They can be tough to find but once you get into them it can be great Walleye fishing. I use Jigheads with nitecrawler just plain leadhead. Bounce slowly of bottom sometimes they smack it and take off. Or you may have to let them take it before hooking. They like to hang out points with drop offs and like flats if out in a boat. Gar creek is a good example of that. Now the point off Gar and Tempelton Creeks has a steeper drop on the T Creek side. Have also had success at the causeway on both sides. Brookville is such great fishing that getting creative with bait selection is part of the fun. I have caught walleye, a channel cat, a smallie all off the same lure before. You can even find the eventual brown trout in Brookville...

Don't have a boat, but I have caught a couple walleyes at Brookville. I usually fish from the dock at Quakertown and at the right times early spring during the spawn and dusk during feeding time they are up shallow and you can catch them on jigs, but nightcrawler balls has been the best.

Went to the Indy Boat, Sport, and Travel 2011 and a Brookville Musky group was there. Didn't realize it until then, but apparently they are stocking musky in Brookville reservoir on the south end by the dam. Ever seen or caught one?

I havent seen or caught a Muskie but I have heard stories of guys who have.  When im looking for big game in Brookville I will fish for Stripers - there are some monstor Stripers in there..  I would really enjoy pulling one out of there but I have never fished for them do you have any advice?  I heard topwater works well for them?

I would like to get with someone that fish Brookville and show me where and how to fish for walleye,I've been there several times and can't seem to catch them, only caught a couple all together.I have even hired a guide and still did not catch any walleye,we caught several whites that day and that was it,and no he did not cut his price or offer discount on another trip.

Next time I head that way ill try and give you a few days notice  - Honestly they are hard to find but once you get into them you can catch a bunch.  They key in my experience is finding a rocky bottom in about 15 feet of water and jigging the bottom.
