I've lived in New Orleans my entire life, and have been fishing my entire life. I fished Lake Cataouatche, Lake Salvador, Lake Pontchartrain, Des Allemands etc. Now I moved to Lafayette for college, and I can't find one decent place to fish. I pretty much live in the heart of the city, so the Atchafalaya is a bit far. Anybody know where I can fish(any type) in Lafayette?
