Sure...that's what most of them are made for...spraying on soft plastics.

Hard plastic baits aren't going to absorb the attractant like a soft plastic...but you could give them a spritz too...especially if the attractant is a confidence builder for you.

I fish crank baits 99.9999% of the time and I spray them with all the time with good results, so do my fishing buddies. I've seen Roland Martin spraying his crank baits on his fishing shows. I read one article where instead of spraying the crank bait and wasting some of the attractant one fisherman had set up a sponge inside of a hollowed out can that was attached to his boat and the over spray was caught on the sponge and after a while you did not have to spray the lure, just rub it against the sponge and fish as usual.

Another suggestion would be to take a small piece of sponge and put it on one barb of a treble hook, then soak it with your attractant. Keep in mind when watching fishing shows that product placement is a big part of the way these shows are funded. Many of the so called fishing shows are really half hour infomercials and nothing more. When you see someone like Roland using a product, it isn't so much an endorsement as it is a mini commercial for the product.

Ever try the Yum Dancin' Eel? It has a pocket inside it for squirting in a shot of your favorite juice.
