Yeah. Half the time when I try to post something here, I get a notification that the site is down.......check back later .
I don't think I'll be hanging out around here very much any more . If anybody wants me, you'll find me over at www.outdoor-fishing.com.

Wind has been honk'n up here last night and most of today.......then the rain came in dropping the temp way down......... the lake will be a puzzle when we get out to fish it...... Pete will be here around 2 pm Sunday no plans for fishing yet will have to set his camp up and play it by ear....... BUT we will be doing a LOT of fishing soon and hopfuly CATCHING also.................

Getting back to that link I posted , I had also been posting the tie picture on there...........nd that guy went out and bought a tie........some other folks had said .......now I have to have THAT to catch fish................... LOL........ just a great side story of what else the "TIE" has done.....

I hear ya Ed...I've posted pics on other sites with the tie in them...and someone always says "Hey...ain't that the fishin' tie"? We are entertaining the idea of a fishing tie at Outdoor-Fishing...or possibly something different...maybe a "fishing hat" or a "fishing shirt".

Oh that is funny. Somebody went out and bought another tie to take fishing? When my buddy gave me that tie, I knew there'd be no way I'd ever wear it to work, but taking it fishing seemed pretty funny. Now other clubs are thinking of doing it. They've definitely got my blessing. Any time I see a picture of people fishing with a tie, it cracks me up. I think it's great. BTW I had to copy and paste the link.

Hey guys, I tried sending turnip my addy thru pm..kept getting error..I love this site..I'll try again tomorrow..if not will figure something out.

Well I tried a few more times..It won't go thru...2 reasons I can think of..1 turnip is not on my friends list and/or the website sux.I think it's because this website really, really, sux.

Hows the tie doing?

Hey guys, sorry I've been MIA..I've been stranded at the docks all last week with bad weather..way to windy to be out on the boat..Yesterday I finally had a break. Went out to the inlet to fish the breakers for striped bass. Nothing doing..except a big ol' sea robin. Afterwards, back at the docks..I was teaching a friend of mine how to cast an 8ft cast net. Unintentionally, I caught 2 schoolie stripers! LOL

At least you got out fishing and was able to catch a few.
