My plan for today was to fish the back bay early for striped bass...I headed out at 5am...It was way too windy and choppy...I tried to look for bait (bunker), found them in several spots, but they were down deep...too deep to net. So I drifted some cut bait with no hits...Once the sun came up, I headed to a blackfish spot. Lost a lot of rigs and only caught a few shorts...Sorry about the tie...it was in my tackle bag, with the wind blowing the way it was...I didn't want to risk it blowing away.

Good deal bro...no skunks in that boat!

Awesome! Those are fun fish to catch. we have landlocked stripers around here, and they take the bait and run like hell. I can only imagine what the salt water fish do. Great pics!
