i have these little spoons, one is called a p-chip and the other is a nitti 1. i used them at the tail end of the trout season this year and lost a couple on it but didn't catch any. I was just wondering, should this be one of my top baits to throw next season. |

If I remember correctly, the P-chip was supposed to generate sound or something to attract fish, not familiar with the nitti-1. As for next season, there are soooooo many good lures on the market, it is mind boggling so pick a few and go with them. Rooster tails and Panther matins are my favorite spinners and the venerable Dardevle is a perrienal favorite. That doesn't mean don't try what you have, just keep your options open. |

Those spoons a made in Pa. and the P-Chip has nothing to do with the ones that have a real chip in them that generate a "baitfish" sound like AZALLEN talked about ........I pick up a few some time ago was going to try them trolling never did look good for casting from shore and streams...............if they work for you buy more if not keep looking........check Lens threads out on here (spinner ) he is a big panthermarten fan and backs it with some great fish............... |

I have herd of the "E-Chip" by pro-troll. I have used a few with limited success. I have ordered other colors to match the colors of lures I have has success with. |
