    Hey, I been carp fishing with 15 pound line but I want to know what you guys use! Then, is 15 pound line OK?

    The line I usually use is "Honey, I won't be able to mow the lawn tomorrow. I have to , uh, work at the office. What? The fishing tackle in the car. Oh, uh, the boss needs to borrow it."
    You should see the new rod and reel I got for my wife. I feel like it was a pretty good trade.

    out here in Ca. i use 6 or 8 Lb. for crap that have been as big as 35Lb. many of my friends that fish for carp use 10 Lb

    I like to use 20 lb. for anything bigger that I catch.carp,sheephead and catfish.

    i use 10lb as long as you have a loose drag it doesn't really break and it makes for a great fight

    i use a 35lb test super pro braid and i can go to the rivers and catch big 50ld carp and cats
