I'm puzzled too! I have been a life member a few weeks and ever thing when fine. I tested stuff ,got my rod and reel, got my mags,THEN thing changed I started to receive books I really did not ASK FOR of which a purchase 6 or so at an inflated price. Then I found they sent one I did not want. I returned it at my out of pocket expense! Now I received the same book that I have to return again! Then StuffStuff takes over the product testing. They will not let me log on.So I ask for help here and I get on StuffStuff ONE TIME. They inform me I am to test and new sharpener. I never got the sharpener! And I can't log on again. I left the North American Hunting Club for such treatment and I will here too if things continue like this. I've dumped a bunch of money here and right now I am sorry I did.

I must belong to a different club ? I have never had a problem with member service they have always answered my e-mails. Every time I have called them with a question about my membership, products, order, etc. The person I talked to has always been kind and curtius and able to answer my questions.

Sorry, RT but what you have experienced is not the norm when dealing with member services. MS has answered exactly one of my emails but the answer made absolutely no sense and had nothing to do with my problem. I have done better when contacting them by phone, but this has usually involved a very long wait for 'the next available representative'. I feel the club really could do much better by it's members but doesn't seem to care.

WAAA, WAAA, WAAA, SNIVEL, SNIVEL, SNIVEL! I've been a lifer for longer then a lotta you Pups been alive, and yes, I am allso a Trophy Member! However, I expect nothin' for nothin'! I have been very pleased with what I have ended up with for nuthin'! When I joined, I recieved a Diawa Execative pole and reel, as a free gift. I use that riggin' to this day. I have caught everything from lil' trout, to a 24 lb. Chinook with it. Yaaa, I have broken the tip afew times, and even the bail spring, but, Diawa has allways made it right. My favorite go to pole for everything from trout to Pinks! I have my Okuma medium/heavy spin casting pole and reel, that has caught many Coho, chinook and steelhead. I have my Cutco Filleting knife, that is the finest knife that I have ever owned, and I have many. All from the club! Yaaa, I do ge stuff that is completly worthless, for any of my applications, but, what the hezz, I expected nothing!!
I, for one, am quite pleased with our club!!

I've not had any problems that even warranted contacting Member Services. It helps to read the fine print on things they send. The magazines are ok, and it's nice to get the test items once in a while. Heck, one day I may even keep a calendar or book or knife, but not yet.

North American Fishing Club is a business, not a non-profit agency. Sure, they want to get as many members as they can, but bear in mind, the bottom line is to make money. They make offers to make a profit. It's just plain old-fashioned business. We fishermen, of all people, should know anytime there's bait, there's a hook.
You should see the new rod and reel I got for my wife. I feel like it was a pretty good trade.

Wow. I am not sure what I have done wrong. I think I would have a better opinion of this club if I even got a small amount of items. I really have not received anything from them at all. Maybe I am on some blacklist.

The club benefits are going down hill, so many disgruntled members.
