    he's scheduled for surgery to remove a tumor from his left lung next week. say a prayer for him

    made it through the surgery and the docs got the whole tumor. he has a tube in because the lung isn't healing the way they expected, but should be out in about a week. was in the hospital for a week, got home yesterday

    I just saw this thread...Prayers coming from my house for continued healing for ole Doc. I did receive a Christmas card from him this year. I miss there not being a Gwin meet....Some day!
