    looks like a homemade rig for gar
    You should see the new rod and reel I got for my wife. I feel like it was a pretty good trade.

    It definitely looks homemade ... but my first thought was that it would be a great lure for muskies.

    Gar lures usually have no hooks and a lot more rope.

    I remember seeing one in a package a few years ago...but didn't remember the name

    Now I can sell it with a few other striper lures I have.
