    Morning D;

    I fish the Sabine down in the Orange area. That is a pretty long river with lots of areas to fish.
    I mostly fish from shore in Orange, but once in a while a friend will ask me to go fishing with him in his boat.

    You are correct in the variety of cats found in the river. Big ones too! I usually use cut bait or dead shrimp. However, the blue crabs like the shrimp a lot, and they strip it off quite frequently.

    Where do you fish teh Sabine?

    Tight lines,

    Salty Dan
    Orange Texas
    If at first you don't succeed, maybe you shouldn't try sky diving!
