I spoke to Casteel today, we're gonna try fishing w the tie on the 19th.

Casteel called. The places we wanted to fish are iced over, and not the kind you can walk on, just the kind that keeps lures on the surface. We'll see what happens on Saturday.

I kind of like the old tie better- the 'new one isn't QUITE as beautiful. Nice Pictures though!

Poor ol' Jerry, & he's not even around to defend himself. I think I've caught fish out of a hole bout the size he's fishin' in the street. I kid you not.

Whales, are all we caught. Steve outfished me 2:1, but I caught the first. I know it's so big. I hear that all the time. This is Steve's first. This is a nice way to make a dock, if you've got an old spare pontoon boat. Here's Steve's second fish. It looks huge if you hold it really close to your face. You may, say you can't see it, so I'll tell you it's in his left hand. And there you have it. Fishing on January 19th, 2013, all freakin' enormous bass, but the day was glorious and we showed the tie still has the mojo. I'm going to try and catch another before I send it off to Prober, and I'll be done with the January part of my fishing goals. Woohoo, catching beats fishing, fishing beats most other things so, Hooray for the fishing tie.

I had a blast with the tie...caught some really nice fish with it...but these two shots are my favorites. The first was a tough day...got good and soggy catching that monster. The second was total opposite...it was 102 degrees that day...but I was still out there...me and that tie!
