I was gonna say, ya might want ta keep a supply of them bloodpressure pills handy for when I come up, lol! My boat is ready for her shake-down which will be this Saturday & Sunday. I still must get used to the new trolling motor! To bad about the snow, Frank! A good bit of my garden is in, mowed the lawn once already and getting a fresh supply of sun blocker, lol!! Good luck on the tests, Ed! Give my best to your honies for me!

Heck we don't even have buds on the trees yet. Croakuses are out and the daffadills are just starting to blossum. I think this is a normal spring but the last few years it came early. I've heard the peepers. I don't usually mow the lawn until May. I'm thinking of working on getting the boat out next week, see what the weather brings. This morning it is 30 degrees, yesterday morning it was snowing again. Gonna have to get the assault rifle out and shoot that ground hog, just got to remember to only put 7 rounds in it so I don't break NY new gun control Laws. LOL Good luck with the bushwacker and don't forget your camera. What's ya fishin fur?

I guess bass and striper, perhaps some crappie if I get lucky! A stray walleye if I get really lucky, lol! Sunday I'm gonna spend a lot of time on trolling.

The shake-down went well. The captain just needs more time on the water! Today I'll be working on the trolling motor again in the PM. Boy Ed, I hope all goes well with the doctor...

Hi fellas...hope the tests go good Ed. Fish biting good here past few weeks...little cold snap shut things down a few days ago...but it is passing as I speak.
Ashes to ashes, dust to dust, if it wasn't for my super smooth carbon drag, my 30 year old Trilene would bust!

Well I think once you've had something for a year it ain't new anymore. I've bought new coins from the US mint every year and I haven't used them are they still "NEW" ?

Just got back from Boston, spent the weekend visiting with my Daughter. Didn't do any fishing but was on the water on the Boston Duck Tour.

Finally had the shakedown cruise Sunday. Everything worked well no problems and no fish. Oh well you can't have everything. What a beautiful day on the water. Maybe next trip I'll try catching something. LOL

Friday I managed to catch between 20 and 30 herring. But no stripers. One of the apple trees in the front yard the blossoms came out Sunday and this morning we had a heavy frost.
