1 cup flour 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp salt 1 tsp ground black pepper 1 cup Milk 1 egg 1 1/2 lbs Fish
Mix flour and other dry stuff together...stir in Milk and Egg until smooth. LET STAND 20 MINUTES. Coat and fry. You can add whatever spices you like. I perfer it the way it is. This batter really sticks to the Fish. |
