    Pyramid Lake ... the Lahontan's are making their comeback into trophy monster status. So far this season I have seen

    reports and pictures of  20+# fish coming in.  My personal Best so fart is just under 9 lbs... maybe 2013 will get me into one of the 20 lbs brutes.

    Good luck, I have read about the trophy trout fishing up there but never had the chance to try it, hard that Walker Lake also had some good fish.

    Walker Lake used to have great fishing but not so much in the last 5 to 6 years. Water levels are way too low and the state stopped stocking the lake years ago.

    yep seen alot on Pyramid but never been. should be doable for a long weekend trip from salt Lake City
