    I saw this on Facebook, a redear sunfish of 5.7-5.9 pounds was caught be a man prefishing for a tournament at Havasu. This is larger than the 5.55 # record, also caught at Havasu in 2011.
    They didn't say if he was going to apply for a new record.

    Two fish, one recently and one in 2011 and aparently this years fish has been submitted for a record. Now I wonder how Mr. Phua does (did) in the tournament.
