No responsibility is assumed for late or misdirected entries or prize acceptance responses. Entries must be received by May 31, 2013. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received. One (1) winner will receive Up to $500 for travel expenses, two nights in a hotel and a one day fishing trip with either Tylery Kapela or Eric Haataja ($1400.00) No cash substitutions, transfer, or assignment of prizes allowed, except by NAAC, which reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Winner must pay all costs other than those specifically identified in the prize description. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Limit of one (1) prize per person. Potential winner will be randomly selected on or about June 1, 2013 and notified by e-mail. If attempted notification is returned as undeliverable, if a potential winner cannot be verified within 48 hours, or if a potential winner is otherwise unable to accept prize, prize will be forfeited and will be awarded to an alternate winner provided sufficient time remains, in NAAC’s discretion. Winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability within fourteen (14) days of the postmark date.
