I wish I could try out this boat or some other boat. I am an Unemployed, Disabled Veteran so I can't afford to buy a boat. During my 14 years as a disabled veteran, I had hoped to be able to test a boat, but nothing had happened during my 10 years as a Life Member of NAFC

I have a 12ft row boat I would donate to rrayjr if he or someone can make transport I live in Binghamton,NY it is just a little wider than a canoe so not very stable but if he thinks he could use it I would love to help an American Hero! Most of my family are veterans and our country doesn`t do enough to help our heros!

This is an excellent kayak; one of the Club favorites. On the Left Coast, we've been hearing alot about a new 2011 Ocean Kayak named "Torque" with an inboard saltwater fishing trolling motor. Kayak Fisherpersons along the North American Coastal Waters, the Great Lakes, Gulfs & Bays have a real interest & need to know about this new inovation. This 'Reel Surfin' SaltyDog of the NAFC would like to be the first to test this cutting-edge product in the Pacific Ocean. It actually seems like a dream machine, finally.

#rallen16 said "i bet alot of you people are doin this because its exspenssive and you really dont need it" Not True.. everyone posting here seems to "need" a better fishing experience. This kayak would certainly provide that. These posters. seem to be sayin - it's not about the boat... it's all about the FISHING.

I would love to be able to read how my club not only thought about are vets but would do a story on when they deliver his test kayak to his door with photos that is the kind of stuff every body likes to feel part of, so give one to rrayjr to test and make a big deal of it.
