“Banjo Big Fish Minnows are easy to rig and fish. The lures are well made and their swimming action attracts fish and triggers bites.”
Daniel Gordon, Sandwich, IL

“I love the action of these lures. They swim and react differently than other baits I have used, and rigging them is simple.”

I own the 006 and the original bango minnows and they both work great.A buddy of mine fished them and on the first strike he caught a nice large mouth. He was letting in dive down to the bottom around a submerged tree and popping the bait up and letting it fall again.

I've seen these at some big fishing conventions, and, even though the fish are in a tank, they were real and they just ate it up!

how exactly do you fish these? I've only got hits in a lake with lots of pike. I've twitched it past walleye and they just don't seem to care.

I just used my 006 that i purchased last year. caught a 2 pound pregnant smallmouth, 2 pound largemouth, 1 pound white perch, and just missed a 17 inch pike. all within 15 mins today! may 25, 2011 It's all in the wrist. You need to watch the video on how to work the moves. Works every time.

I have seen the videos on tv and the advertisements, I would love to try this, . as seen on tv, to order you have to buy two for one at 19.95 and the shipping and handling is also 19'95, so really ..you are buying two kits, I have no reason for two.40'00 by the time it gets here

the reason it wiggles and squirms is because it is hook in the nose. if you hooked it texas rig it would not move like it does on tv.the bulky hook in the back makes it swim. so i could take a gulp worm hook it through the nose and call it wiggle worm and say it moves like a real fish.

I agree that the lures function as advertised, but their customer service leaves a bit to be desired. I placed an online order with them a couple of weeks ago and received the wrong products. After contacting them by e-mail, I was told that I needed to return the order at my expense, and then they would CONSIDER giving me a refund or replacing the order. Doesn't seem to me to be the way to treat a loyal customer. If you order from Banjo Minnow, make certain you get what you order, or you'll have problems. Bear Rogge, Life Member since 2010

I bought them as a joke to take up to Canada this fall, you know"as seen on TV" stuff.
Well the joke was pleasantly on me! I caught lots of nice small mouths. One was going to be the largest I`d ever caught but myself and my girlfriend got so excited we rushed it into the net, breaking my rod tip and losing the fish and lure. Wow! What a rush. I am getting more for next season!

Oh, by the way, caught lots of perch and rock bass also. Everything was eating these things, but remember not to set the hook and wait for the fish to eat it on when the minnow sinks on its own. I lost lots of fish trying to set the hook! watch the video that comes with them.
