You know this would be amazing to test. I could have used on my trip today, the rod I was using was a Matzuo or something and it couldnt set the hook correctly, still caught a few though, decent 2-3 pound bass. not bad for a pond like that, oh well, like I said I'd love to test it.

other than fly fishing, i haven't used a rod this long. Would really like to try in the river close to my house.

would like to try 6-6 or 7-0 ft. lighting rod. Please let me know if I coule test light weight crappi-bluegill rod. Will buy if test rod is favorable

reel seat started delaminating after 2 months of fishing. no huge fish but it just started to give way. glad it didnt happen with a big one on the end of my line. i wont get this again
