This low-profile, lightweight baitcasting reel features a rugged one-piece aluminum frame that won’t torque under a heavy load, and a six-pin centrifugal brake system for easy cast control. It has a large-capacity spool, anti-reverse, a multi-disc drag system and five double-shielded ball bearings. Contact Pflueger at (800) 554-4653; pfluegerfishing.com.

I would realy enjoy testing this reel out. I have very small hands and i am looking for a low profile reel. i also cast with the arm that has no clavicle in it and am looking for a reel that will cast a good distance with what strength and mobility i have.

thank you for ur consideration

I have 4 of these reels, 2 low speed and 2 hi-speed and I think they are great! I bought them based on a magazine article which was touting reels in the $100 price range which offered good performance. I have not been disappointed. I am primarily a bass fisherman and have had no problems with them, 6#rs or dinks they get the job done. Just took me a while to get accustomed to them and get them adjusted to my casting style.

My last baitcaster broke from a 6 pound bass because it was made out of plastice, but since this reel is made out of aluminum it seems like it will never brake so i would not mind at all to test this product.

This reel is apparently no longer available from the manufacturer. It has apparently been replace with a new model which is has a different handle assembly. I tried to find one after a disasterous episode trying their new Cetina which I finally had to return for credit. Why bother testing something which is not going to be available in 6 months? I really liked it but don't know if I would want the newer version which is partially bakelite or something.

i had a reel like this one once but it was stolen from me. i was at firesteel creek just dominating the pike with it and it started to rain so i put it in my truck and went back to get the fish and when i got back to my truck with the fish it was gone. honestly! who the f just goes up to someone elses truck and takes stuff from it.

looking at the dates of these comments all the reels have probably tested. I have Bass fished with a spinning rod/reel my whole life. i've tried bait casting reel's a couple of times with pretty good luck(no birdnests) and have been seriously considering purchasing one. I fish a few small tournaments a year and its time to add a bait caster to the arsenol. I'd love to test this reel.

most reels i have tried out like this one, the line always seems to get tangled in the reel as i cast out far after a while.
