This is one of the best fillet knives I have ever owned. I have had two of these and they both keep a really good edge on them.

i dont have a fillet knife i use a nice kitchen style knife. and i havent seen these knifes in any of the stores around my area. this looks like it would be realy nice to have. would love to test a product like this.
