When I first got my knife in the mail I looked at the handle and how it felt in my hand. This knife is well balanced and fits just right in my hand it will be a great product for all fisher people.

I recieved this filet knife for testing and have the following comments. I love the extra heavy duty sheath that is made of heavy leather and preformed to fit the knife. The sheath is nicely stitched and riveted for extra stength and should last a lifetime with minimal care. the knife itself is very strong and sharp right out of the box. The blade is long enough to filet large fish like salmon and yet does a masterful job of slicing bait for spin baits. I would recommend this knife to most anyone as Schrade cutlery is a name that can be trusted to deliver the best quality for the price paid.

I recieved this filet knife for testing and found the knife fits my small hands well. The knife has the flex needed to make fileys that are a nice size. The sheath is made well and has a plastic insert to protect the sheath from damage. The knife goes in and can be removed from sheath easily. I look forward to many years of use out of this knife. This knife has also kept its edge very well.

I got this knife in the mail and could not wait to try it out. All around it is a wonderful knife. I look forward to using it for many years to come. I have used it a few times and it is still as sharp as the day i took it out of the box. The grip is perfect for my small hand and the flexibility is great.

This knife is very strong and has a great grip and I love the sheath. The blade doesn't have the flexibility that I like for cleaning smaller fish but is great for larger fish such as catfish.

I have received this knife and it felt so light. It was good on the grip as nonslip. I was impressed how you can move around when filet the bass. Love it!!
