“This is one of the smoothest reels I have ever used. The balance is really good and the feel is superb.”

Floyd Richmond, Pahrump, NV

“I like this reel’s small, compact design. It’s smooth and the drag is very effective—I would recommend this reel.”

I have the 8025 paired with a 6.5 ft. Uglystik ultra light soaking power bait for trout. It's a 10 out of 10 in all aspects required of a quality reel. Ultra smooth, handles 5+ lb. 'bows on 4 lb. Test with no effort.

Just got my first plfulger reel for Father's Day. Had it spooled with 4 lb. Mr. crappie line within 10 minutes, I'll try it out today. It seem to work real slick. I have had my eye on this reel for several months.
