2 cups flour
1 (12-oz.) can beer
2 eggs, beaten
2 T. salt
2 T. vinegar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. parsley flakes
1/8 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 lbs. skinless fillets,cut into bite-size pieces
In large mixing bowl, combine flour, beer, eggs, salt, vinegar, pepper, parsley, paprika and lemon juice; mix until well blended. In heavy skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat until hot. Dredge fillets in batter; drop in skillet. Fry fillets until golden brown.
