1 lb. sushi grade tuna
1/2 sliced sweet onion
1 green onion, finely chopped
4 jalapeño peppers, seeded and sliced
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon sea salt

Cut raw tuna into 1-inch cubes and place in large bowl. Add sweet onion, green onion, jalapeño, soy sauce and sesame oil. Chill. Before serving, add sea salt.
