3/4 lb. leftover fried or baked fish
2 T. green onions
4 T. Kraft tartar sauce
3 T. mayonnaise
3 T. horseradish
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. cayenne
1 T. lemon juice
1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
Snack crackers
Use only white, flaky meat from fish – no breading. Finely chop fish and green onions. Add tartar sauce, mayonnaise, horseradish, salt, pepper and cayenne. Mix thoroughly. Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Place slice of cucumber on snack cracker. Place fish spread on top of cucumber. Top with sliced jalapeño, chopped radish and sprigs of dill, if desired.
