1 lb. smoked steelhead, cleaned, flaked
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped capers
2 tablespoons finely chopped shallots
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill

In medium bowl, combine steelhead, cream cheese, sour cream, capers, shallots and fresh dill. Refrigerate at least 4 hours. Serve with toast points or crackers.
