4-6 pacific halibut steaks 
2 T. butter 
1 red pepper, seeded, cut into thin strips 
1 green pepper, seeded, cut into thin strips 
1/2 yellow pepper, seeded, cut into thin strips 
1 onion, cut into thin strips 
2 stalks celery, halved 
1 tomato, seeded, coarsely chopped 
1 tsp. chopped parsley 
Dash paprika 
Dash curry powder 
Dash cayenne pepper 
Dash salt 
Dash pepper 
2/3 cup white wine


Poach or steam halibut. Melt butter in skillet. Add vegetables and remaining ingredients, except halibut. Simmer 5 minutes. Spoon simmered vegetables and pan juices over halibut just before serving.
