4 medium trout, gilled and gutted
Flour, seasoned
4 T. butter
1 tsp. cooking oil
6 large mushrooms, sliced
2 T. lemon juice

Roll trout in seasoned flour. Fry in butter and oil until fish flakes easily and skin is golden brown. Sauté mushrooms in butter until tender. Add lemon juice; pour over trout.
