1 cup mayonnaise

1 tsp. lemon juice

Salt

Pepper

Bass fillets

5 cups crushed cornflakes

 

Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Dip fillets in mixture and then in bowl of crushed cornflakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
