8-oz. jar salsa 
Juice of 1 lime
4 trout, filleted

Mix salsa and lime juice; set aside. Grease grill thoroughly. Grill trout over hot coals for 5 minutes. Flip trout, spread salsa over fish; grill 5-7 more minutes or until  fish flakes.
