Salmon fillets
Butter
Dill weed
Salt
Pepper
Bacon strips
Put each fillet to length that will create 2-inch cylinder when rolled end to end. With fillet laid flat, spread butter liberally on one side. Sprinkle with dill weed, salt and pepper to taste. Roll end to end so butter and seasoning are inside cylinder. Wrap strip of bacon around outside of roll and tie tight with string. Grill fish rolls for about 20 minutes, rotating on both ends and sides. One roll will feed one person, with salad and side pasta.
