8 panfish fillets 
Butter 
Salt 
Pepper 
Garlic salt
Italian seasoning 
1 can tomato soup 
Parmesan cheese

Place fillets in buttered skillet. Season with salt, pepper, garlic salt and Italian seasoning. Sear fillets; place in baking dish; cover with tomato soup. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Place Parmesan cheese over each fillet; cook until cheese is melted. Place cooked soup on plate; lay fillet on top; serve.
