2. I have sent in payment, why am I still receiving an invoice?

It is most likely that the invoice was created and sent to you before we received your payment. If you sent your payment within the last 14 days, please disregard the invoice. If has been longer than 14 days since you submitted payment, please check the payment status by visting your Account History.
